LESSONS

If you really want to build your skills? Commitment is the way to go...

Baseball is a sport of repetitions and attention to detail. Studies show it takes a minimum of 2 months to develop a new habit, therefore we offer instructional packages with the goal of development in mind. The industry standard of "giving lessons" is an extremely high cost for private instruction, but not enough time is put into the reps to really make an impact. The reality is an hour a week is not enough time for players to retain and apply concepts and build new habits. Therefore, our instructors work with players in 1-4 player settings, to lower cost, increase frequency of attendance, and give the benefit of not only learning through personal experience but also learning from others.

Why are we different?...
Our knowledgeable instructors will use their years of experience to exceed our athletes expectations by providing a clear path to new habits and goals. By providing advanced feedback and visual aids, the player will be able to continue their process of improvement beyond the scope of time with their instructor.
